Harmony Yoga School trainings require advance planning for staffing, course materials, and educational resources. Because each training cohort is limited in size, the following policies apply to all registrations.

In - Person Immersion Trainings
Yoga Teacher Trainings and Retreats
A non-refundable deposit is required to reserve your space in the training.
The remaining tuition balance is due 90 days prior to the training start date.
If registering within 90 days of the training start date, full tuition payment is required within 3 days of registration in order to confirm and hold the training space.
If the remaining tuition balance is not received by the payment deadline, Harmony Yoga School reserves the right to cancel the registration and release the reserved training space without refund of the deposit.
All deposits and tuition payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to another course date or program, regardless of reason. This includes but is not limited to illness, injury, travel disruption, personal circumstances, work conflicts, or change of plans.
Harmony Yoga School strongly recommends securing travel or personal insurance coverage to protect against illness, emergencies, travel disruption, or other unforeseen circumstances that could prevent participation.
If a student withdraws after the training has begun, no refund or credit will be issued.
Harmony Yoga School reserves the right to dismiss any student for misconduct or violation of school policies. In such cases, no refund or credit will be issued.
Harmony Yoga School reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, students will be offered the option to transfer to a future training or receive a full refund of tuition paid.
Enrollment in the program confirms acceptance of these terms.

Online Training Programs
Online RYT200 and Online RYT500 Trainings
Online trainings provide access to proprietary course materials, video lessons, manuals, and the Harmony Yoga School online learning campus. Because course access and educational resources are provided digitally, the following policies apply.
Tuition for online trainings must be paid in full at least 15 days prior to the course start date.
If registering within 15 days of the start date, full payment is required at the time of registration.
All tuition payments are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable to another course date or program, regardless of reason.
This includes but is not limited to illness, schedule changes, work obligations, personal circumstances, or change of plans.
Students will retain access to the online training materials according to the course access period provided at the time of enrollment.
Harmony Yoga School reserves the right to remove course access for violation of school policies or misuse of course materials. In such cases, no refund will be issued.
Online RYT200 and Online RYT500 Trainings
