Owner and Lead Yoga Teacher
Heather has been a Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher since 2005 and has an Advanced Certification and over 5,000 hours of teaching experience.
Her style is a blend of Hatha and Vinyasa and her creative classes balance mind, body and soul to cultivate body awareness, intuitive movement and self-love.
Beyond asanas and sequencing Heather integrates practical spirituality and modern mindfulness into her classes. Her heart-centered teaching encourages personal transformation and guides her students to take their practice off the mat and into their daily lives.
Since 2005 Heather has taught group classes, workshops and trainings at retreat centers worldwide and has been the private yoga teacher to a number of professional athletes. She also runs several online yoga courses and trainings.
With a degree in Educational Psychology she began her journey in 2002 as a career counselor at Leeds Business School in the USA. Inspired by the creative entrepreneurs she met she designed and created Harmony Yoga School around her passion for yoga and education.
Heather is a mother to a beautiful boy and she and her family enjoy time at their homes in Costa Rica and Cape Cod, USA. She is passionate about mindful parenting and living a healthy, natural lifestyle aligned with her values. She loves teaching and mentoring yoga students across the globe during her in-person and online trainings.
LEONIE SHERMAN RYT500
Yoga Teacher Trainer
Leonie is an Advanced Yoga Alliance Certified Yoga Teacher who has taught yoga and meditation for 16 years. She loves introducing students to the joys of being present in their bodies and her teaching style skillfully combines her spiritual practice, athletic ability and infectious enthusiasm for life.
She teaches dynamic Vinyasa Flows, soothing gentle Yin Sequences and Hatha Classes with focused attention on alignment.
Leonie is a gifted teacher and an inspiring group leader, facilitator and teacher trainer who has taught internationally. 15 years ago she created a Mindfulness and Empowerment workshop and training that has evolved into an award winning program that reaches over a thousand students every year.
When she is not teaching, Leonie is a passionate plant-based athlete who loves inspiring mindful living and facilitating groups of women around the world.

Hannah is a graduate of the Institute of Integrative Nutrition and Live Pure Culinary Institute. She is a Certified Health Coach and a Plant Based Holistic Chef with a passion for culinary arts and delicious healthy living.
She has 10 years experience as a chef and caterer and she believes wholeheartedly in the healing power of fresh plant-based cuisine.
Outside of the kitchen, Hannah is also a yoga teacher who loves outdoor adventures and photography.
